Paris Chalons Vatry airport is modernising its service station
Paris Chalons Vatry airport is adapting its installations to meet new standards by modernising its fuel distribution service station.
CHALONS-VATRY airport has contracted Erla Technologies SAS to modernise its service station for refuelling its airport machinery. Erla Technologies SAS has developed, manufactured and installed a “turnkey” Mobipack service station.
This new service station concept complies with current standards and legislation for the air transport sector and can be installed onsite within 4 hours. This new installation guarantees the airports technical operators reliable and robust equipment for fuelling operations with specific hydrocarbons. The equipment’s reliability and the guarantee of safe refuelling are some of the primary product characteristics of Mobipack mobile service stations. The Mobipack service station is factory fitted with Modulis dispensing equipment which has a meter showing the quantity of fuel dispensed when a vehicle or piece of machinery is refuelled in the zone. The Mobipack service station simultaneously integrates the fuel management logic controller which, linked to Epack monitoring software, provides perfect control over fuel transferred carried out.
To design the range of Mobipack service stations, Erla technologies SAS was able to rely on its previous experiences of producing petroleum product storage and distribution installations.
The company based in the Vosges internally called on its design department and its teams of engineers based on the production site in order to:
- Analyse the client’s needs and technical restraints
- Study project feasibility and the functional aspects of the equipment
- Produce 2D and 3d plans for the equipment
- Produce the technical dossiers for each installation
- Develop new industrial processes
- Integrate new technologies into its production line for manufacture. For example: manufacture and assembly of the storage tanks and dispensing equipment (3D printing, laser cutting, high-performance folding equipment).
This commitment to innovation has allowed Erla Technologies SAS to gain recognition and to work in France and on an international scale.
